 When entering your information below, please double check that you entered everything correctly. Credit Repair requires ALL clients to maintain active credit monitoring, included in your month cost.  If you have an active bankruptcy, please do not enroll. We're unable to help. Dismissed/Discharged bankruptcies are OK. On-boarding takes 10 minutes and must be completed within 48 hours or your account will be cancelled. If you are currently behind on open bill payments, we ask that you wait to sign up for services until you are up to date. We don't want to become another bill or burden on you. Be sure to READ the FAQ's at the bottom as we've set the expectations in full transparency.

Your enrollment processing fee of $249 will be charged to your card once your onboarding is completed. If your onboarding is not completed within 48 hours of your portal being turned on, we will cancel your account with CreditScouts. Monthly payments ($129) start a month after your enrollment payment, based on the anniversary date. For example, if your card was charged on the 14th of the month, your payment date will then be set for the 14th of the month moving forward.

FAQs

Important Read. We've set the expectations.

  • How long does this process take?

    Credit Repair is a process. We advise clients to prepare for atleast a minumum of 6 months. If you're looking to buy a house or car in the next 30-90 days, we will not and cannot gurantee that negative items will be removed, ever. 


    If you have these expectations, we're not a fit for you. 

  • Can you guarantee it will come off?

    No! We will never guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report, no matter how confident we are that it can be removed. Items with inaccuracies/errors can still be verified by the credit reporting agencies. This does not mean that they're in compliance with the FCRA, however, they can still verify it. That's why we're here to fight on your behalf. 


    If any entity, individual, CRO is guranteeing you that an item will be removed, especially by a certain time, that's a red flag and most likely unethical and illegal practices are being used.


    There are laws that protect against "Reinsertion" and other Procedure in case of disputed accuracy:

  • How will I get updates?

    Yes, the bureaus have up to 45 days to provide results. We import reports every 35-38 days. If you receive a stall letter in the mail, we will respond immediately, but understand that although we may tell the bureaus they only have i.e. 15 days to respond, the results can still take up to 30 days from the time they received the letter in the mail. 

  • How do I know you're actually sending disputes?

    It serves us no purpose, to not send your disputes. You have a portal where you can view and track your progress. 


    Please understand that the credit bureaus actually have up to "45" days to respond. 

  • I received a stall letter, what do I do?

    TransUnion sends them via physical mail. Experian does as well, but tends to send them via email the majority of the time Equifax rarely sends them, but can also be via email or physical mail. 


    Neither you, a credit counselor, attorney, nor a company can control it, as they are computer generated and many people are getting them. We simply reply to them. If you received 3 or more, we may ask for Limited POA, and that may still not stop them, at times. 

  • It's been months, why has nothing come off?

    We can't answer that question, nor can anyone else. If the debt is truly yours, it can be verified, even with errors. However, the key to removing negative items is persistence and pressure. Please be patient and allow atleast a minimum of six months.


    However, we have a client guarantee. If we do not remove atleast 1 negative item from your credit report, we will refund you in full or opt to provide additional months of credit repair at no cost to you. 

  • The account shows it was never disputed, why?

    If you pull a copy of your credit reports, we ask that you check the dispute status. If the account reads "Account Not Disputed" that does not mean that it wasn't disputed. This is a common FCRA violation that we can leverage on your behalf through our attorneys. We typically address this on Round 4 or later. It depends on the credit file as each one is unique.


    if you read the creditor remarks, you may find something like "account disputed and meets FCRA requirements", sometimes not. 


    Please do not harrass, insinuate, or make false allegations that the account was not disputed by us, as we have strict records, data tracking, and other pertinent information to address those claims. This is a violation of our policy, and your account will be suspended, not to be reinsetated. 

  • Can I buy tradelines and CPNS?

    We strongly advise against buying tradelines and CPNs. We do not operate in any illegal manner what-so-ever.

  • Do you do hard inquiry or credit sweeps?

    We do not and will not engage in any illegal activity regarding hard inquiry removal sweeps and credit sweeps. These are illegal. The only way to do this is by claiming identity theft, fraud, and accounts in pre-litigation where there is none. If you're looking for this type of service, we're not a fit for you and will not take you on as a client.

  • What doesn't CreditScouts tolerate?

    We don't tolerate harrassment, false accusations, false allegations, disrespect, bullying, nor threats. We respect every client and will accomodate within reason. We do not tolerate friendly fraud, defamation, etc. 


     We deploy compassion and empathy and love to educate all of our clients. We understand this is a frustrating process, but it requires patience, commitment, respect & communication. 


    We're happy to answer all of your questions and address any of your concerns. 


     However, we will not tolerate those things. You're account will be suspended and we will cancel services immediately if any of our staff experiences this type of behavior coming from a client. 


    We set the expectations that credit repair is a process, we provide detailed answers to most FAQs, and we're very transparent.


    We are certified, licensed, bonded, and insured. We're in full federal & state complaince. We've never had any violations. Attempting to lie or defame us on public platforms or social media because you're unhappy, didn't do your due dilligence, or making false accusations will result in warnings, cease & desist, and eventually the pursuant legal against you.
